GALX-HM1 Nano Antiwear Additive

Description

GALX-HM1 is an amber transparent oily liquid, formulated by nano boron carbide and high-temperature antioxidant, which is a phosphorus free, low sulfur, ashless energy-saving and anti-wear additive. It has outstanding anti-wear property and good friction-reduction property.

Application

Used to blend low-phosphorus, low-ash internal combustion engine oils and additive package as antiwear additive

Used to blend transaxle oils, manual transmission oils, industrial gear oils, worm gear oils and their additive packages

Used to prepare antiwear and ash-free anti-wear hydraulic oils combined with phosphate ester

Used as antiwear and friction-reduction car care products in bottle packages, more effective for energy saving and oil saving in finished gear oils and engine oils

Recommended Dosage

Used in engine oils:1.5%-2.5%

Used in vehicle gear oils:2.0%-3.0%

Used in industrial gear oils:1.2%-1.8%

Used in antiwear hydraulic oils:0.6%-1.0%

Storage

Please refer to SH/T0164 standard when stored, loaded and unloaded, oil blending. Keep the temperature not higher than 75°C. For long-term storage, the suggested temperature is lower than 45°C
